Download the Rural Co-Op CU App on your mobile devices today and take us along everywhere you go! Just search for the “Rural Co-op CU” App in the App Store and download it to your mobile device. Then, sign in with your Home Banking Account login.

Remote Deposit Capture

The Rural Co-Op CU App also features Remote Deposit Capture! Inside the app, you will be able to request access to use this feature. Once approved, you will be able to deposit checks by endorsing them “For Mobile Deposit At Rural Co-Op CU” and signing your name underneath. Take a picture of the front and back of the check and submit it for deposit. It’s that simple!

Get your statements electronically. It’s free, safe, and you’ll save a tree.

To receive and view your e-statements, you must sign-in thru Home Banking. If you do not have a Home Banking sign-on please contact the credit union at 1-800-798-7228. Once this sign-on is set up, you can then log into Home Banking or the Mobile App and sign up for e-statements.

Just sign-in to Home Banking, click on Online Services and select E-Statements or sign-in to our Mobile App, click on More in the very bottom right corner of your screen, select eDocuments, then select eStatements.

FREE Financial Counseling and Education for RCCU members

As a valued member of Rural Cooperatives Credit Union, we are committed to serving you. As a benefit, we are providing you with free access to money management and financial education services.

Rural Cooperatives Credit Union has teamed up with GreenPath in order to bring you GreenPath Financial Wellness, a financial education and counseling program. Through comprehensive education and exceptional service, GreenPath has been assisting individuals for more than 50 years.

As a member of RCCU, you can receive assistance with:

• Personal and family budgeting

• Understanding your personal credit report and how to improve your score

• Personal money management

• Debt repayment (fees may apply)

• Avoiding bankruptcy, foreclosure, and repossession

GreenPath can give personalized answers to your individual needs. For issues ranging from a proactive savings plan to saving a home from foreclosure, advice is only a phone call away.

Rural Cooperatives Credit Union members can now receive personalized service at nearly 5,000 branches across the nation through Co-op Shared Branch. The Co-op Shared Branch network allows members to do “branch banking” even when the branch doesn’t belong to RCCU.

At a shared branch, you can make withdrawals, deposits, or make loan payments. All you need is your account number (same as member number), a photo ID, and the last 6 digits of your Social Security number.
